i think i posted this before..

well im back working on my album...refreshed, inspired and starving...

ive been at this for days & i cant get this joint mixed right so i give up. i think i picked a fucked up sample...its dumb cluttered...which is keeping me from being able to mix my vocals right...plus i dont like the hook much...ah, im bitchin but anyway

im sick of it so its not going to make the cut...feedback is still important to me so fire away

I enjoy your music man. I personally don't get that cluttered feeling you're talking about. As far as the hook, I feel that it's simple, yet effective the way it is. Good shit overall.

This is pretty dope. Not up there with my favorite joints from you (King, Star, Obstacles :) etc.) You should try submitting this to EA Sports. Seriously. I think it'd have a shot.

I dug this on the second round Laif...I'm a little biased though..it's not too much of your music I've heard that I don't dig..what I do like is you continue to try and bring it different each time..like you don't always sound the same on each jawn...cuz I had to be like who is this..on more than one occasion with your music..I do agree though, with a little clutter..because I think it takes the strength of the delivery away..but nevermind that..the beat can be switched up..what your bringing is still dope.

(I.O.U..I still haven't forgot..I.O. me..lol) :lol:

Forming opinion...claps at the begining...had me waiting maybe add something on the third way around

rather blow you off than blow your back in ! - nice :o

second listen:

claps are fine with one loop through there's no musical build up so repeating is just filler and gets te casual listener mad or prone to skip the track. The faster to the music the faster they move to the beat the faster they remember the chorus

the part about calling on God when it's convenient surrounded by blood on the cement being absorbed and leaving it to a heathen etc.etc.. etc.. nice :lol:

I really tried to hear the chorus but I still cant understand this part...
put some ???? then pass it out like word of mouth

I could listen to this it's positive...wish you much success

but you said it right there... its filler.
with billions of people putting out rap albums i cant afford filler.
i recorded 21 songs for this album and i am using 4 of those so far.
being a rapper made me an exception back in the day but now that everybody is rapping i gotta do it thru my album material...thats why its taking so long
