didnt see the episode yet.. football took precedent.. cant wait to check it out tonight..

good news is... Heroes maintained its viewership from last week with a 2.3. At least its not slipping.

Bad news is.. it got fucking annihilated in its time slot.. Heroes barely beat the CW's One Tree Hill..

By comparison.. Heroes did roughly 5 million viewers.. where House had 13 million, and Dancing with the Stars had 17 million...

NBC is in a predicament here.. they either need to move Heroes to a different timeslot.. Tues/Weds would be less competitive.. move it to Sci-Fi and rebrand the show with lesser-name talent, free themselves of the heavy contracts of Quinto/Pantierre.. or cancel the show... the odds of advertisers sticking with a serialized drama that is getting doubled and tripled in viewership by cheaper shows are becoming more and more remote.

I didn't see last night's show, either. i'll check it out when i get home

man, I hope the show doesn't get cancelled especially now that i'm really enjoying it. but yeah, the syFy channel needs to pick this up if NBC drops it.

Well NBC owns Syfy .. so the move is definitely a realistic one... but they WILL lose Quinto/Pantierre and a significant decrease in the budget.. depends on how NBC weighs the ROI on a rebranding.

HRG disposed of Nathan's body after Parkman convinced Sylar to shapeshift/take Nathan's memories.

yeah, i didn't quite remember what happened in last season's finale. i knew the gist of what happened but couldn't remember exactly how it went down.

are Parkman, Peter, Angela and HRG the only ones that know about that?

last night's show was pretty good.

Invisible chick and Dr. Gibson could both get it

it should be interesting to see how the Samuel/Sylar partnership unfolds

it should also be interesting to see how Sylar or should we say Gabriel will evolve as a person without the memories of his past... I smell a schizophrenic showdown when Parkman will fuse Sylar's memories with Gabriel's body.

I had to up this since Flashboreward is getting mad replies and Heroes seems to be all but abandoned on the boards.

This is easily shaping up to be the best season of Heroes since season 1.. and is a continuation of the improvement seen in the latter half of last season..

Thoughts?

For this season to step up as much as it did I'm really PISSED about the finale.

See, I'm on the opposite side of things.. the three eps leading up to the finale had a few bright moments, but were mostly garb.. I thought the finale was great.
